Dr. Lopez’s career has been defined by dedication to service. A U.S. Navy veteran, he went on to serve twenty years as an investigator with the Los Angeles Police Department, earning numerous honors for his work. Following his distinguished career in public service, he transitioned into healthcare, graduating from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1997 and becoming a chiropractic physician.
For over two decades, Dr. Lopez has practiced in pain management, rehabilitation, and sports medicine, serving patients across Southern California. His certifications include Qualified Medical Evaluator (Active) and Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, reflecting his commitment to precision and fairness in medical-legal reporting. Previously, he held Diplomate status with the Academy of Pain Management and certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician.
Currently, Dr. Lopez provides chiropractic and rehabilitative care at Healthpointe Health Services in Corona. He has also worked extensively with Spine and Rehabilitation in Ontario and Natural Health Solutions in Los Angeles, combining hands-on patient care with a deep investigative approach that mirrors his law enforcement background. His skill set spans comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation, ergonomic assessment, and rehabilitation planning.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Lopez is a respected member of the professional community. He has been active with the Retired Asian Police Officers Association, the Law Enforcement Association of Asian Officers, and the American Chiropractic Association. His service and leadership have been recognized with awards including Outstanding Investigation Plaque from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Outstanding Police Officer honors from LEAAP.
