Eberly, D.C., C.C.S.P., L.Ac., QME to its esteemed panel of physicians. With more than 15 years of experience in integrative chiropractic, acupuncture, and sports medicine, Dr. Yoshioka Eberly brings a unique blend of holistic healing, technical expertise, and patient-focused care to Prime Medical Evaluators’ mission of delivering smart, accurate, impartial, ethical, and timely Qualified Medical Evaluations (QMEs).
Dr. Eberly is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and Licensed Acupuncturist, as well as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. Her extensive background in musculoskeletal health, sports injuries, and rehabilitation allows her to approach each evaluation with precision, compassion, and an integrative perspective. As a Qualified Medical Evaluator, she is committed to upholding the highest standards of fairness, accuracy, and integrity in her reports.
Since 2009, Dr. Eberly has served as Owner and Practitioner of Embrace Healing & Wellness in Los Angeles, where she provides chiropractic, acupuncture, Active Release Technique, rehabilitation, and nutrition-based care. Previously, she worked with the Institute of Spine and Sports Care in Santa Monica, where she collaborated in a multidisciplinary setting to treat patients with a wide range of conditions.
Her clinical expertise includes sports injury management, Active Release Technique, cupping, myofascial release, and nutritional counseling. With a focus on restoring function and promoting long-term wellness, Dr. Yoshioka Eberly offers evaluations that are comprehensive, patient-centered, and guided by years of hands-on experience.
Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Dawn Y. Eberly is deeply engaged in community service. She serves as a youth basketball coach, a Boy Scout Committee Leader, and actively supports homeschooling initiatives. Her passion for mentorship and community health reflects Prime Medical Evaluators’ values of professionalism, service, and compassion.
Dr. Dawn Y. Eberly earned her Doctor of Chiropractic (2006) and Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (2007) degrees from Southern California University of Health Sciences, following a Bachelor of Science in Cell, Molecular, and Developmental Biology from UCLA (2001). She holds certifications in CPR and Basic First Aid through the American Red Cross, valid through 2026.
