As an in-network provider with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (the VA), our medical services at our 43 clinics across Illinois and Indiana can now be provided to veterans without prior authorization for treatment.
Our veteran patients now have a fast, convenient option for receiving high-quality urgent care whenever they need it. Physicians Immediate Care’s clinics are open 7 days a week with extended hours, and we treat a wide range of non-life-threatening conditions, including:

• Bladder and urinary tract infections
• Burns
• Coughing, vomiting and diarrhea
• Dehydration
• Eye and ear injuries and infections
• Gout
• Hand and foot injuries

• Sprains, strains and broken bones
• Wounds and lacerations

To receive medical services at Physicians Immediate Care, veteran patients can reserve a time online at PhysiciansImmediateCare.com or simply walk into any of our 40+ locations for same-day care. Upon arrival, the patient should tell the front desk that they are a veteran, and at the end of the visit, we will bill the VA through a third-party administrator for all services provided. To be eligible, veterans must be enrolled in the VA health system; in addition, they must have received care through the VA as a third party administrator for all services provided. Physicians Immediate Care will help any veteran determine their eligibility to receive services at our clinics.
