Real Estate online class options offered at Belmont College are as follows:
- Real Estate Principles & Practices
- Real Estate Appraisal
- Real Estate Law
- Real Estate Finance
Upon completion of all four Real Estate classes, students will receive a Certificate of Completion from Belmont College. In addition, these courses will prepare students to take the State of Ohio Real Estate Salesperson Exam.
Total Tuition for all 4 classes – $1,247.00 Tuition does not include books. Books are available for purchase online or in the college Bookstore. Contact the Workforce Development Department for book ISBN numbers.

Harvey Goodman Realtor is THRILLED to welcome home one of their own, Emily Goodman-Shortall.
Emily has recently returned to her roots here in St. Clairsville, bringing with her a wealth of industry experience- and industry knowledge. Her background is well-rooted in property management on a national level, and she is using that wealth of experience as a springboard to her expansion into the local real estate property management and sales arenas. We know she will bring the same amount of enthusiasm to her career here as she has in her other endeavors!
Emily is a Licensed Real Estate Broker-in-Charge in North Carolina and a licensed agent in Ohio and WV. Goodman is recognized within the industry as a dynamic property management professional with progressive residential and commercial expertise. Prior to joining Harvey Goodman Realtor, Emily was a Vice President for a National Property Management Company where she managed 5,000 residential homes.
Emily has gained a national profile within the property management industry and has published numerous articles in both national and international trade publications as well as having been a featured speaker at several conferences. She was named as one of the ‘Top 30 Leaders Under 30’ by the Journal of Property Management, awarded IREM Chapter #56 ‘CPM of the Year’ in 2012 and ‘Regional Manager of the Year’, also in 2012 by the Piedmont Triad Apartment Association. In addition, IREM awarded her the ‘Professional Achievement Award’ in 2013. Goodman earned her Certified Property Managers (CPM) designation in 2008 and her Accredited Residential Managers (ARM) designation in 2006. She also holds a Bachelors Degree from Elon University
