Manufacturing process of combined stainless steel water tank

The technological process of making a combined stainless steel water tank:

1. Before entering the site, count the number, thickness, and supporting materials of the process water tank modules and bottom plates according to the contract requirements.

2. After entering the field, first weld the four corners of the module. The welding seam position is the inner edge of the four corners. The welding height is 3/5 of the corner folding. The welding corner transition is uniform and smooth, and no water leakage is allowed.

3. Weld the bottom plate of the stainless steel water tank, the welding seam is even and tidy, and there should be no air bubbles or welding pits.

4. Assemble the spot welded water tank’s lower side plate on the bottom plate. Before assembling, select the module with the corresponding plate thickness according to the requirements of the drawing, and knock the edges of the module around and level it. first
Spot weld the lower side plate around the bottom plate, and measure the length of the two diagonals of the surrounding frame after the point is good. The length error shall not be greater than 2mm. Make sure that the lower side mold has been spot welded.
The block is combined horizontally and vertically with a square shape as a whole.

5. Weld the lower module and the periphery of the bottom plate of the water tank. The welding seam is even and smooth, and no water leaks.

6. Assemble the middle side module of the spot welding water tank. Before assembling, select the module of the corresponding thickness according to the requirements of the drawing, and knock the edges of the module upright and level. Order the surrounding mold

After the block is measured, the length error of the two diagonals of the corrected water tank shall not be greater than 2mm. After the correction, the vertical and horizontal inward ribs of the lower water tank are welded to stabilize the whole after welding.
The body tank is not deformed.

7. Assemble the upper side plate module of the spot welding water tank according to the requirements of the sixth process. After spot welding correction, weld the vertical and horizontal bracing of the middle and upper side module to stabilize the upper and middle wall plate water tank.

8. Fully welded all the inner flange welding seams of the water tank module.

9. Weld the top plate module of the water tank. Before welding, determine the welding position of the manhole. After the top plate is welded, weld the brace column in the water tank.

10. Weld the inlet and outlet pipe nozzles.

11. Check all the welds of the water tank for defects or omissions, and make up for them.

12. Test the water, check and repair leaks.
