Launch of Free Enterprise Warrior Initiative Announced
A Proactive, Grassroots Effort to Illuminate, Celebrate, and Facilitate the Role of the Free Enterprise Warrior

Fort Worth, TX – March 11, 2023 – Responding to perhaps the most significant economic challenge of our time, Debbie Anderson announced today the introduction of the Free Enterprise Warrior Initiative. This grassroots effort is being launched as the first step in a comprehensive program

focused on changing the narrative regarding the American system of encouraging innovation. The FEW Initiative is an outgrowth of over a decade of work by the Job Creation Institute. Ms. Anderson noted the mission of the Institute includes:

  • Illuminating the Role of the Free Enterprise Warrior
  • Celebrating the Free Enterprise Warrior
  • Facilitating the Free Enterprise Warrior in achieving greater success.

America’s Secret Weapon

Ms. Anderson, one of the co-founders of the Job Creation Institute, continued, “Today we enjoy a lifestyle that few realize is the direct result of the Age of Creation of Wealth, Innovation, and Opportunity. It is our Free Enterprise System that deserves the credit for this new phenomenon that eradicated the thousands of years of the Age of Wealth Allocation.”

The Institute recently released its insightful book, “The Tsunami Affect: America’s Secret Weapon.” In explaining the choice of this date for announcing the Initiative, Ms. Anderson explains, “We have invested heavily for more than a decade in researching and exploration the dynamics behind this economic tsunami wave of wealth creation. That process led us to a greater understanding of the work and insights of Adam Smith and his seminal work, “The Wealth of Nations,” published on March 9, 1776. On this day, March 9, 1776, we offer this tribute before the formal launch of our aggressive programs on July 4 of this year.

Joe Glover, a co-founder and lead author of several Institute works, stated, “We live in the best economic system and the best time in history for creating wealth and opportunities for individuals of all economic classes. It is essential that we collectively focus on why this process works and ensure that everyone benefits from these opportunities. That is the motive behind transferring the work of the Institute to the Free Enterprise Warrior Initiative.”

The Institute’s website lists three primary initiatives for the organization’s work. These include:

  • Illuminating the Role of the Free Enterprise Warrior. Through its research and publications, the empirical case for the vital role of the Free Enterprise Warrior will be broadly shared and publicized. An aggressive effort providing a regular stream of information, videos, and other materials will be provided to encourage both local and national discussion of this largely unheralded and essential American economic hero.
  • Celebrating the Free Enterprise Warrior. Specific actions will be taken to raise the visibility of the individuals who are on the front lines of our economy starting, building, and running companies that create the jobs that drive the American economic engine. The Initiative will provide specific and concrete tools to recognize and celebrate this contribution with the use of press releases, local, regional, and national awards, and the founding of the Free Enterprise Warrior Hall of Fame Gallery.
  • Facilitating the Free Enterprise Warrior in achieving greater success. It is a well-known fact that the mortality rate of small businesses is unacceptably high.  The work of the Institute in developing comprehensive and accessible training and resources is focused on providing these bold individuals with the ability to perform their roles more effectively in an ever more challenging economic environment.

Ms. Anderson introduced John Tighe, a successful Warrior in his own right, as the newly appointed leader of this Initiative. Mr. Tighe noted, “We spent a lot of time discussing how the situation we are in today arose, where there is such a lack of awareness and appreciation of the Free Enterprise System.

We have reviewed the work and research of the Institute. We listened to the pundits and read the articles attacking this incredible system. As Job Creators ourselves, we recognize that a common thread in the press and the debate is the discussion of profits as if they just happen. The reality is that economic opportunity is only created by good people who work hard to build profitable businesses and create jobs in the greatest economic system the world has ever known.”

He added, “It has been a privilege developing the plans and building the initial team to take over the work of the Institute and make it a national effort. And it is very exciting to be tasked with building the first-of-its-kind community of Free Enterprise Warriors to achieve our goals. We look forward to unveiling more details about this important initiative as we approach our formal launch this summer.”

As a grassroots effort, The FEW Initiative will seek to aggressively build its network of supporters and resources over the coming weeks and months to achieve the stated Mission of the organization. An early and significant effort will be working with Congress to create a national “Free Enterprise Warriors Day” to increase public awareness and appreciation of the men and women who serve so tirelessly to create our nation’s jobs.
