Compared to traditional connectors, which cover temperatures from -25°C to 85°C, CMAI conductive adhesive strips offer a significantly wider temperature range, making them particularly suitable for applications such as electric vehicle inverters and spacecraft electronics compartments, which must withstand both transient high temperatures and prolonged low temperatures.

Test data shows that CMAI conductive adhesive strips exhibit no contact voltage jumps or signal transmission interruptions under alternating high and low temperature conditions. Key performance indicators are as follows:

Airtightness: The multi-layer sealing structure effectively blocks condensation and oxidation, preventing terminal failure caused by extreme temperature differences.

Durability: After 1,000 consecutive temperature cycles, the conductive particles continue to actively fill gaps in the contact surface, maintaining a low-resistance connection.

Currently, this product has been used in spacecraft shielding and sealing systems and for quick connection of automotive high-voltage modules. Future applications include 5G base stations, photovoltaic modules, and other emerging fields.
