While junior Kariapper is a double CCIE & the youngest to achieve the esteemed certification in the world at a mere age of 18- his mother has just completed the arduous 8-hour lab exam in January this year to complete the cycle. It’s something rare with a 47-year-old mom of 3!

In the words of IT pundits, it’s an incredible accomplishment to attain a CCIE accreditation.

At present, CCIE R/S 8-hour-long lab test comprises of troubleshooting for 2 hours, 30 minutes diagnostic & a tedious configuration exam spanning across 5 & half hours. To pass, the candidate would have to exceed or at least meet the minimum marks on each module & also his total score should meet the net cut off of the lab exam. Furthermore, he has to make his first attempt just within 18 months of passing the 2-hour written test. He might need to reappear for the written test in case he fails at the lab exam within 3 years of passing on the written one.
