Dr. Clevinger has been in practice for more than 29 years and is currently serving patients at Ocala Health Family Care Specialists in Ocala, Florida. Dr. Clevinger received his medical degree at New York Medical College in 1984. He pursued his postgraduate training within the same educational venue, including his geriatric medicine fellowship. Dr. Clevinger maintains professional memberships with the American Geriatrics Society, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Directors Association, the American Medical Association, the Florida Medical Association, and the Florida Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Clevinger is certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. Additionally, he is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Florida Medicine. Over the years, Dr. Clevinger has been honored with multiple awards, including the Patients Choice Award (2011-2012), and the Compassionate Doctor Recognition Award (2011-2012, and also in 2014). Dr. Clevinger attributes his success to his persistence, dedication and love for what he does.
