The merge will allow both tbf Traffic and tbf Scaffolding to grow their businesses by expanding further into the country. The merge will also allow both companies to gain access to new clients as well as new contracts. The merge is also designed to help both companies strengthen their services for existing clients.
The managing director of BTS group, Halley MacCallum said: “There are many synergies between our companies and RSK offers us market access to work on HS2 and other contracts which we are keen to get on tender lists for.
