Design Phase
The Prince had his own preferences and ideas, incorporating concepts of daily life and modernity into the office building’s design. Exceptional planning was carried out for areas including reception, sales, and production.
Implementation Phase
OND rationally planned the materials and specifications for the entire scheme, establishing a green and environmentally friendly process. This resulted in an outstanding outcome for the entire project while achieving significant cost savings. the concept is a new office philosophy that combines a café and leisure centre popular with young people, a business centre, and an audio-visual centre, all fully equipped. When we received the design proposal, we collaborated with the client to align with their project requirements and desired outcomes.
The final design was executed in a 1:1 scale, with meticulous attention to detail in the selection of fabrics, wood materials, and integration of advanced equipment. This resulted in an office space that seamlessly blends sophistication with practicality. Following successful completion, the project garnered significant favour from local market clients.
