The Only Official FreakNik® Event in the Country Invites To Embrace the Inner F.R.E.A.K.

After receiving the Registered Federal Trademark for FreakNik®, it is now the only official FreakNik® event in the country. The purpose of the event is to let people be themselves and embrace their inner F.R.E.A.K. (Fearlessly Reliving and Embracing Atlanta’s Kulture).

For the 2021 edition, the capacity has been scaled down by 40% to align with the City of Atlanta capacity restrictions, and the organizers expect a sellout. FreakNik® will kick off the FIRST EVER annual Atlanta Homecoming, on Friday October 8th – Sunday 10th. The daily prices for the 3-day option have been slashed by over 50% in order to make the event bigger and even more affordable.

“FreakNik® is Atlanta’s Black History & we’re bringing it back to the AUC at Morris Brown College as we both unite in our restoration efforts! 2021 is going to be bigger and better”, said Carlos, the CEO of the FreakNik® Festival.

In 2019, FreakNik® witnessed a sold-out concert with over 18,000 attendees, who gathered to celebrate the return of FreakNik® in Atlanta.  In 2020, despite the pandemic, the FreakNik® festival was celebrated on Father’s Day with “Black Fathers are D.O.P.E.”, which stands for “Dad’s Overcoming Pressure Everyday” Rally. This rally was held as a protest against the killing of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery and Rayshard Brooks. It was the 1st EVER March on Old National Highway with Councilman Khalid from South Fulton, O.N.E. (Old National Entertainment), Young Joc, Pastor Troy, and Greg Street.

FreakNik® has been recognized for the Adult Health Fair business via House Resolution 1691 that was organized in 2019 (rapid HIV Testing, diabetes screening, etc.) by the State of Georgia by representatives Dreyer of the 59th, Nguyen of the 89th, Holly of the 111th, and Scott of the 76th, alongside with American Kinetics LLC. The contributions of the FreakNik® festival to the economic growth of Atlanta via opportunities for veterans and community-owned was also recognized and applauded.

The FreakNik® festival has received rave reviews and so far, it has zero incidents of violence. For anyone who has ever visited, lived and embraced ‘Atlanta’s Kulture’, this event will feel like an Atlanta Family Reunion.

This year, FreakNik® will Partner with OmnisPlayer.com to make the festival available to the world via a Live Streaming Option. Confirmed artists include Adina Howard, Project Pat, Lil Scrappy, RayJ, Pastor Troy, Jt Money, Paul Wall, 95 South, Dj Unk, Field Mob, 8Ball and MJG.
