Ally Keegan attended and graduated from Villanova University before going on to earn her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law with a concentration in criminal litigation.

Ally is very involved with the community, serving on multiple organizations and boards. She sits on the Professional Advancement Committee as well as the Women’s and Reproductive Justice Advocacy Committees with the Lawyers Club of San Diego, an organization that encourages advancing the status of women in law and society. Ally is also involved in the community through her efforts as a founding member and past-president of the new San Diego chapter of the National Women’s Political Caucus.

Ally has practiced law on both the state and federal level. Having handled various types of cases in every stage of the defense process, Ally brings great experience and knowledge to the team of the Law Office of David P. Shapiro.
