The Boulder Group Arranges Sale of Net Leased Fast Stop C-Store in New Mexico
The Boulder Group, a net leased investment brokerage firm completed the sale of a single tenant Fast Stop C-Store located at 3 Rio De Arenas Road in Arenas Valley, New Mexico for $2,416,000.

The 2,040-square-foot property sits on a generous 2.4 acre parcel along US Highway 180, a primary thoroughfare that sees approximately 11,800 vehicles per day and serves as a key connector between Silver City and Bayard in southwestern New Mexico. This strategic location provides strong daily traffic exposure and steady local demand. The property is one of only two gas stations within a four-mile radius and the only location offering a full convenience store, giving it a clear competitive advantage and making it a critical service point for both residents and travelers along the corridor.

Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller is a Midwest based investor, and the buyer was a private investor from the southeast.

Fast Stop is a privately held, fast-growing convenience store and fuel station operator based in Louisiana. Founded in 2015 by a local family, the company has quickly expanded its footprint across southeastern Louisiana and, more recently, into New Mexico. As of 2025, Fast Stop operates 57 locations.
