The Boulder Group, a net leased investment brokerage firm, completed the sale of a single tenant medical property leased to Aurora Health Care property located at 2408 10th Street in Menominee, Michigan for $2,415,000. The 4,540-square-foot medical office building was built-to-suit for Aurora Health Care in 2018 and sits on 1.61 acres along US Route 41 in Menominee, Michigan.

The lease is structured as a NN lease, with the landlord responsible for roof, structure, exterior lighting, parking lot poles, and HVAC replacement. Aurora Health Care is an e-commerce resistant and recession resistant healthcare tenant.
