New Startup, The BathRub, are about to launched its crowdfunding campaign via Indiegogo to begin the manufacturing and production of bath rubs which is still in a prototype state.
The company sets out to raise $20,000 on Indiegogo to help manufacture the first test pilot, which will finalize the package components so BathRub can arrive in homes across the world as soon as possible.

The BathRub Founder Bennie Brimage has been working on this invention/product for some years now. Borne out of finding a better way of cleaning the bath tub in a less time consuming way and not having to put stress on the knees while scrubbing and inhaling harmful chemicals in the process, Bernie sought to find a better alternative. “Let’s face it, I can think of a thousand others things that I would rather be doing instead of cleaning! Watching football, going to a great movie or even working out, but I knew after a while, I was always faced with the tedious and revolving chore of cleaning! There is a list of chores that rank very low on my scale, and one would have to be keeping the bathtub clean. I hate hurting my back and knees scrubbing a tub until its sparkling clean. Then came the idea of The BathRub,” says Bennie.
The BathRub is made up of a thin layer of biodegradable material with adhesive strips attached at the bottom to prevent slippage. There are suction cups on all four corners allow keeping the product in place during usage. It also has a detachable section that allows the cups to stay in its position whenever you may need to replace just the sheet. The BathRub can be used in dorms, hotels, care center facilities and of course your home.
The product is still in its prototype and needs to raise $20,000 to start manufacturing, so if the BathRub project doesn’t reach its targeted goal, then it will take a longer time to make this excellent product available to the people.
