At the beginning of the annual meeting, amid warm applause from everyone, Chairman Wang Yeqin took the stage to deliver a speech. He reviewed the difficult year of 2023, encouraged and affirmed several departments that performed well in 2023, looked forward to the company’s strategic plan for 2024, and put forward the company’s higher-level management requirements and ideas. After the chairman’s speech, we awarded employee awards for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of employment. In the more than 20 years of glorious history of Ally Hydrogen Energy, every stroke and every word is filled with the hard work and dedication of the veteran employees. After the awards ceremony for old employees, the exciting annual outstanding employee selection process came next. 15 outstanding employee candidates stood out in the preliminary “primary election”, and the final outstanding employee of the year will be determined through voting at the annual meeting. The candidates’ direct leaders came to the stage one after another to cheer for the employees of their departments and canvass for votes. The atmosphere was once Among them, the canvassing session of the Field Department of the Engineering Center was particularly touching. In the emotional speech of Ms. Lu of the Engineering Center, we learned how difficult it was for Li Hao, the candidate of the Field Department.
