TALLSEN Hardware Co., Ltd. has entered into an agency cooperation agreement with Tajikistan-based KOMFORT, marking a step forward in expanding its presence in Central Asia. The agreement, signed on May 15, 2025, outlines a plan to build a stronger market position in Tajikistan through brand support, product distribution, and technical assistance.
The collaboration was first initiated during the 136th Canton Fair on October 15, 2024, when KOMFORT’s founder, Anvar, met with the TALLSEN team. Already familiar with TALLSEN’s products from previous purchases through an Uzbekistan-based agent, Anvar expressed interest in a deeper collaboration. Discussions continued over several months, culminating in a meeting at TALLSEN’s headquarters on May 14, 2025, where both sides finalized the agreement.
Under the cooperation, KOMFORT will receive support in brand promotion, customer engagement, and market protection. TALLSEN will also provide technical training and after-sales service to help meet customer expectations and strengthen product reliability in the region. In recognition of this collaboration, KOMFORT was awarded the “TALLSEN Official Exclusive Strategic Cooperation Plaque” during the signing ceremony.
KOMFORT, headquartered in Khujand City, operates a professional furniture factory and hardware retail stores, and is engaged in both retail and wholesale operations. With its long-standing presence in the local market, KOMFORT has built a reputation for maintaining high standards in quality control and offering tailored solutions to customers.
The agreement also includes a promotional plan aimed at increasing visibility in Tajikistan. The strategy involves the production of social media content for platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram, along with the creation of two animated advertisements for digital billboards. These efforts are intended to position the TALLSEN brand more prominently in public spaces.
Looking ahead, the companies plan to establish TALLSEN brand experience stores and distribution centers in Khujand and Dushanbe. The proposed stores will feature a 30-square-meter display area dedicated to showcasing the design and build quality of TALLSEN’s hardware products. This retail strategy is combined with multi-channel distribution plans to reach a broader customer base across the country.
TALLSEN’s long-term goal is to continue to promote global expansion. Currently, it has expanded its product supply to more than 120 countries, while ensuring full coverage in the five Central Asian countries. With this agreement with KOMFORT, TALLSEN aims to strengthen its foothold in Tajikistan and make its product range more closely aligned with local needs.
The cooperation agreement reflects both parties’ shared goal of offering high-quality hardware solutions and expanding market opportunities. While the focus is on the Tajikistan market, the collaboration is expected to contribute to broader regional growth in the hardware accessories sector.
