Unlike most project management tools, which route every keystroke through a company server, Syedello’s local-first architecture lets solo users run their entire workspace on-device — no account, no cloud, no data leaving their browser — while teams can opt into real-time cloud synchronization, free for the duration of early access.
The launch addresses a familiar frustration for freelancers, consultants, and small Agile teams: the best planning tools are usually the most expensive, and the free ones usually monetize user data. Syedello’s answer is architectural rather than promotional. The local-first tier is permanently free, not a trial, and stores all workspace data locally rather than on Syedello’s servers, as outlined in the company’s Privacy Policy.

Syedello pairs Kanban boards with drag-and-drop cards for daily execution and support for Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices for teams coordinating across larger initiatives — letting a solo consultant and a multi-squad program run in the same tool. The early-access cloud-sync tier adds:
