Alain Zagury is a Geneva based Swiss Engineer with more than 30 years of experience and a lifelong passion for skiing. With an aim to revolutionize the way people learn skiing, Alain’s dream is to allow beginners to discover the joys of skiing safely.
uSki allows an instructor (e.g. a parent) to regulate the speed of the beginner (e.g. a child) while maintaining an ideal spacing between his skis. To introduce this project to the world, the creator of uSki has recently launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, and he is welcoming generous community support and backing.
“It took me five generations of prototypes and hundreds of tests to obtain a successful product, which is safe, playful, intuitive, scalable, and versatile.” Said Alain Zagury, while introducing this project to the Kickstarter community. “The all-new uSki was designed with the beginner’s safety in mind and the funds raised during this campaign will allow us to finance the production of a new series to continue the commercial and marketing development of uSki.” He added. According to Alain, the uSki was tested by nearly 300 people last season, and their feedback played a major role in making the uSki more safe and more effective.
