GARWOOD, N.J. – August 13, 2025 – StriveWell announced the successful grand opening of STRONG Pilates Garwood, the brand’s first studio in New Jersey and a milestone 100th studio globally, underscoring STRONG’s accelerating U.S. expansion. The launch also marks StriveWell’s third business opening in three consecutive quarters, reflecting the company’s rapid growth and execution velocity across fitness and recovery brands.
STRONG Pilates is a world-first fitness format that fuses reformer Pilates with cardio and strength training using its globally exclusive Rowformer and Bikeformer machines, reformer beds integrated with a rower or bike for a low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout.
The celebration drew an energized crowd of members, neighbors, and creators, including TV personality of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Melissa Gorga, who joined the festivities, amplifying community buzz across social channels and shining a spotlight on Garwood as New Jersey’s newest destination for next-level Pilates + cardio training.
