Social Media Networking and Technology For Innovative Modular Construction and Trailer Manufacturing in America At The Forefront For FGA

FGA is placing technology at the forefront with all of its subsidiaries present and future, from modular construction and trailers to solar and components manufacturing in America.

SPRING HILL, FL – Falcon Global Acquisitions LLC (“FGA”) is providing an update to a previously announced acquisition of the assets of defunct social media networking company Megahoot. This was a networking platform that allowed users to interact both on the network and on other social media networks.

FGA is the process of a total tear down and recoding of the system as well as the additional technology that was being used for networking purposes, FGA is also looking to integrate some of this technology into various products to be manufactured by one or more of its subsidiaries. The networking portion will be re-released at some point in 2017 showcasing innovative and simple ways for MegaHoot members to communicate globally via video.

“We are excited about the opportunity to revive a brand that missed its opportunity to grow due to unforeseen circumstances. Our plan is to think ahead to the true future of social networking and allow for the integration of other social networks into this platform. My personal view is that social networking should be social and the different platforms need to integrate in order to give their users the best experience possible. Also we are looking forward to showcasing some technology integrations that will be included in the next generation of modular builds and trailers that our subsidiary Horton Global Industries will be manufacturing in Milledgeville, GA, right in the Good Ole USA, this year. Our team is looking towards tomorrow and bringing the highest quality product to end users worldwide,” stated Louis Velazquez, Managing Partner of FGA.

This strategic acquisition path is part of an ongoing effort by FGA to acquire synergistic companies to spark organic growth within their technology subsidiaries and branching out across all FGA subsidiaries. Falcon Global Acquisitions will be seeking additional acquisitions in the technology, manufacturing, and aviation sectors of companies that may need restructuring to bring them to profitability.

“With the technology team that we have at our disposal now I am keen on integrating additional innovation into the solar projects that we will undertaking via our subsidiary and the inclusion of high quality solar systems into the modular builds our subsidiary Horton Global Industries will be manufacturing in Georgia, exciting times,” stated Lloyd Notley, Executive VP of Mergers and Acquisitions of FGA.
