Skyline School of Real Estate Announces Waiver of Final Exams For Pre and Post Licensing Classes

Due to the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic that has altered every educational activity in North Carolina, United States and other parts of the world, Skyline School of Real Estate announces waiver of all final examinations for pre and post-licensing classes and the transition of all classes to an online format. This is being done in line with North Carolina Real Estate Commission directives, which recently granted the waiver of all final exams for pre and post-licensing classes and allowance for online classes for the first time ever. With that, every concerned student has a chance to get a real estate license without going through the rigor of pre and post-licensing exams during this stressful time, and to take our classes from the safety of their home.

To every student with satisfactory attendance, credit for all courses will be granted. Therefore, due to COVID-19, there will be no End of Course Exams for Pre and Post Licensing Classes. However, this waiver has limited time as students are expected to seize the opportunity before it expires on 30th of June, 2020. Students taking Pre Licensing classes will still have to pass the State and National Exams before being issued a license by the NC Real Estate Commission. Normally, one has to pass the course final exam, which has been waived, in order to be eligible to sit for the State and National Exams.

These instructors give every student the right dose of knowledge required to be a licensed real estate practitioner. Even though real estate education is highly challenging, Skyline School of Real Estate simplifies it for every learner. Hence, the school is confident that even without undertaking the final exams for pre and post-licensing classes, each student of Skyline School of Real Estate already has what it takes to be a professional; therefore, they are fully qualified to take the State and National exams for a real estate license. This is because the curriculum covered has already exposed the students to the requisite knowledge needed in the real estate sector.

The REC is temporarily waiving all End of Course examination requirements for Pre and Post Licensing Classes! We are in unprecedented times and this situation is rapidly evolving. Currently, credit for all courses will be granted solely on satisfactory attendance. There will be no End of Course Exams. These new rules are temporary and may be repealed or amended by the REC at their next meeting, so we recommend that all students ACT NOW,” announced Skyline School of Real Estate.

However, it should be noted that this exam waiver is only for this period of COVID-19 pandemic and whoever chooses not to seize the opportunity before 30th of June 2020 might not be able to enjoy this waiver afterward. All courses offered by Skyline School of Real Estate are professional, full of research, straight-forward real estate courses. This has made the school to be the cynosure of all eyes in North Carolina when it comes to real estate. Every course at Skyline School of Real Estate gives each student to the information that is needed to pass the test and the skills required to be a competitive real estate agent in today’s rapidly evolving market. So with that in mind, Skyline School of Real Estate is giving a once in a lifetime opportunity to offer every interested individual a real estate license in North Carolina without having to pass the final exam.
