A good Front End Loaders operator can clearly know how to use the machine when driving the loader, reduce machine wear, reduce fuel consumption, and complete the work quickly and well.
The following 6 tips will make people a good loader operator! Come take a look.
1. Light
When the Front End Loaders is working, the heel is close to the floor of the cab, the foot plate and the accelerator pedal are kept parallel, and the gas pedal is gently pressed down.
2. Stable
When the Front End Loaders is in operation, the throttle should always be steady. Under normal operating conditions, the throttle opening should be around 70~80%.
3. Leave
When the Front End Loaders is working, the foot plate should be separated from the brake pedal, and lay flat on the floor of the cab without stepping on the brake pedal. Loaders often work on uneven construction sites. If the foot is always on the brake pedal, the movement of the body up and down will cause the driver to step on the brake pedal inadvertently. Under normal circumstances, it is necessary to control the engine condition and shift gears by controlling the throttle deceleration. This not only avoids overheating of the braking system caused by frequent braking, but also brings convenience to the loader’s quick speed increase.
4. Diligence
When the Front End Loaders is working, especially when shoveling, the shovel should be shoveled full of materials by cyclically pulling the lifting and turning control levers under the condition of stable throttle. The cyclic pulling of the lifting and turning bucket control levers is called “diligence”. This process is very important and has a great impact on fuel consumption.
5. Coordination
Coordination is the organic cooperation between the lifting and the bucket control cylinder. The general shovel digging process of the Front End Loaders is to first place the bucket on the ground and drive smoothly to the pile. When the bucket is shoveled in parallel to the material pile and encounters resistance, the principle of raising the arm first and then retracting the bucket should be followed first. This can effectively avoid resistance at the bottom of the bucket, so that the maximum breakout force can be fully exerted.
6. strictly prohibited
The first is strictly forbidden to blast the throttle. Regardless of whether the Front End Loaders is walking or during shovel loading, do not step on the accelerator pedal forcefully, and always keep the accelerator control light and steady. Sufficiently reduce and reduce man-made failures in operation.
Secondly, tire skidding is strictly prohibited. When the Front End Loaders is in operation, the tires will slip when encountering resistance and increasing the throttle. This phenomenon is usually caused by improper operation by the driver, which increases fuel consumption and damages tires.
The third is to strictly prohibit the rear wheel tilting. Due to the large digging force of the loader, the driver usually shovels solid original soil and stone hills and other operations. If the operation is improper, the two rear wheels are prone to lift off the ground. The landing inertia of this tilting action will cause the blade of the bucket to break and the bucket to deform; when the rear wheel is tilted high, it is also easy to cause the welding of the front and rear frames and other structures to crack, or even the plate to break.
The fourth is to strictly prohibit hitting the pile. For shoveling common materials, the loader can be operated in II gear (seven-speed gearbox, three-speed gearbox is forbidden to use second gear), and it is strictly forbidden to inertially impact the material pile at gears above II gear. The correct method should be to switch to gear I in time to complete a shoveling process when the bucket approaches the stockpile.
