SIMBA Chain, the cloud-based blockchain-as-a-service (BaaS) platform introduces the e-book, ‘Government guide to blockchain’

SIMBA Chain, a cloud-based blockchain-as-a-service (BaaS) platform has announced the launch of their E-book called the ‘Government guide to blockchain’ that presents five use cases for the government. These use cases include Finance and Banking, Supply Chain and DoD, Insurance/Healthcare, Waste Management and Energy Usage. While some of the governments around the world are reluctant to adopt the blockchain technology, many of them have welcomed it with open arms, yet not able to understand or implement it effectively to improve their functioning. This is why Simba Chain has created this E-book to help the government and public services to understand and implement the various use cases of the blockchain.

Blockchain technology has revolutionized a wide range of industries around the world and its time that government and public services utilize the same to increase speed and efficiency of their services. The use of blockchain technology will also enable the government to secure the vital information of their citizens such as social security numbers, votes, tax information and identities in a better way. Introducing a decentralized structure will also mean that there will be no single point of control resulting in no single point of failure which is useful for industries like banking and energy. The whole system will help in building a new level of trust towards the government.

Simba Chain sees blockchain as a great way to enable public-private partnership that is based on high safety standards, legal certainty and a stable environment for transactions. It also allows the users to implement dApps on their platform, that enable direct connections between the users and providers without the involvement of any third parties. It is an open source platform that allows anyone to build dApps in various categories. It uses the Microsoft Government Azure cloud platform for rapid transactions and low latency. Once the data is stored, it can’t be changed or deleted on the platform. In addition, it is customizable so the user can bring their own logic while the platform will auto-generate a custom API for it. The platform is tailored for both government and enterprise networks.
