Schneider Electric Recognized for Fifth Consecutive Year for Their Commitment to Gender Parity in the Workplace

To mark International Women’s Day, Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, is pleased to announce it has earned Silver-level Parity Certification by Women in Governance (WiG) for its commitments to gender parity in workplace practices.

Women in Governance Parity Certification: The Women in Governance Parity Certification involves a thorough review of an organization’s position on gender parity as it relates to the strategies, actions and results they yield to reach parity in the workplace. To be awarded with this certification, companies are reviewed by three primary drivers: governance and vision, collective enablers, and equity.
