Today the curtains came down on the 5 days of Elecrama 2020. We are still enjoying the feeling of winning the best Design Award from last evening! It has been an energising 5 days with amazing team work.
We had one power packed session in the Thought Leadership Theatre today and here are some take aways from there:
Day 5 Session: Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion: Creating an inspiring place of work
On the last day at Elecrama the Thought Leadership Theatre showcased the last session in the series with, Niharika Mohan, Head HR & CSR, Luminous India & Lipika Verma, Director, Rewards, HR Schneider Electric, having a fireside chat on the topic Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion, making the workplace inspiring.
The talk gave a glimpse into Schneider Electric people practices, various initiatives undertaken in the areas of physical, mental and social wellbeing and holistic models developed around Diversity & Inclusion.
