Water damage restoration company America’s Restoration Pros are planning to further expand in California. They have recently revealed plans for the same, announcing the addition of three contractors to their team.
The company is planning to making their service reachable throughout California. They have been working on different ways to make this possible. In the pursuit of doing so, they have incorporated several changes in all the branches spread across the state. Hiring of new contractors is their most recent activity on this front.
The latest additions to their team have currently been placed at the Santa Ana branch of America’s Restoration Pros. The recruitments have come as a result of increased demand for their service in the area over recent times. The contractors are expected to join the branch soon.
“Ever since we established our branch in Santa Ana, we have continued to grow,” stated the Santa Ana branch manager of the company. “We have been able to help out many residences in the neighboring locations. Of course, with such a rapid growth, the need of manpower arises. We are hiring the new contractors in hopes of servicing the homeowners even faster and more promptly. Hopefully, the hiring would help us in doing that.”
The company had been working on hiring new members to their team for the past few weeks. They interviewed multiple candidates during this period before coming to a decision. There were a handful number of contractors interested in the job.
It is said that the new contractors have experience in the field of water damage restoration. Each of the three recruits has previously worked in different companies providing similar services. Their experience seems to have played a big role in the water damage company hiring them. The fact that they have previously worked in similar scenarios means that they have the necessary qualifications to work in the field.
“Ever since we realized the need of expanding our team in the Santa Ana branch, we began our recruitment process. I was quite pleasantly surprised by the number of candidates that turned up for the job opening. We wanted to hire contractors who could best serve our goals. I think we have managed to do that with our recruitments,” said America’s Restoration Pros’ Hiring Manager.
He continued, “Of course, when you are hiring a contractor, it helps if they have some experience in the field. We want every member of our team to maintain the highest standard and experience always helps in that regard. I am glad we now have 3 really experienced contractors in our side.”
The new recruits might need some time getting used to the scenario in the surrounding area. They should be acquainted with the services the company provides. Currently, their water damage restoration services include leaked pipes or appliances, sewer backups, carpet drying and flood restoration.
