A startup business, WOWW, led by USC graduates, is glad to announce the launch of the brand-new and the very first Robotic Grocery Delivery exclusive to residents of Greater Los Angeles. The team, a mixture of brilliant minds, has successfully closed the gap between the market and the increasing demand for grocery delivery. This invention revolutionizes the delivery system in e-commerce.
“With the development of technology, the combination of community distribution services and intelligent robotic delivery is increasingly appearing in daily life. This is why the WOWW platform reached strategic cooperation with Daxbot, a Robotic Delivery company based in Oregon. At a recent event, Antonio, co-founder, and CEO of WOWW, spoke to a reporter narrating the story behind the company. Antonio said, “the 2020 epidemic has swept through, people have avoided the pandemic at home, and the community has become deserted and no longer warm”.
By July 2020, WOWW established its warehouse in Los Angeles and began serving the surrounding areas. The first app was out in January, opening the community-based leader 2.0 service model. In July of the same year, WOWW joined hands with Daxbot to start calculated cooperation and pilot projects for robotic intelligent distribution in the community. This unique device would provide multilingual distribution services, further improving the community’s last-Mile of grocery delivery efficiency.
“We want to bring back trust and love to our communities. We see the language barrier expanding in our communities, but we do not see a reliable platform that filters and gathers resources. We want to create a community-based platform that people can trust and rely on. “Dax is a friendly neighborhood delivery robot. With the collaboration with Woww, Dax will be used to effectively deliver groceries directly from the grocery store to the customers doorstep,” says the Operation Manager of Daxbot, Dakota Blizzard.
The CEO of WOWW, Antonio, is a Chinese born in South America who graduated from the University of Southern California.
