Robert Allen Elliott to Write Film Score for The Duke of Tralee

“Robert Allen Elliot has been selected to write the music score for the upcoming film The Duke of Tralee.”
Dave Bresnahan of Faranabrack LLC has announced that Robert Allen Elliott has been signed to write the film score and serve as music supervisor for the feature film The Duke of Tralee.

Sandy, Utah – Robert Allen Elliott has agreed to join the team of creative artists who will produce the feature film The Duke of Tralee, based on a true story of an Irish immigrant family and major league baseball in the early 1900s.

Producer Dave Bresnahan of Faranabrack LLC is creating a team of top professionals to include David Mickey Evans (The Sandlot) as director, Ray Ellingsen of Moving Pictures Media Group as co-producer, and Elliott who will write the film score and be music supervisor for the entire project.

“The essentials of a good film begin with the script, followed by the performance of the actors, and then comes the score. A good score compliments the performance and cinematography to bring the audience into the film, helping them to identify with the characters and what is happening to them, and to help viewers to feel the emotion of each scene.

“When the score is done well, the audience does not realize what it is doing to them. It affects them on a subconscious level. The emotions of the viewers are heightened, and they identify with the characters in a way that makes the experience far more than just viewing a story. They become part of the story,” explained Bresnahan.

Elliott provided the score for the feature films The Saratov Approach, Freetown, Scents and Sensibility, Dudes and Dragons (Amazon and Showtime), and others. He has also written for television networks ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox for The Apprentice, American Ninja Warrior, Survivor, Treehouse Masters, UFC, Kicking and Screaming, Bear Grylles – Get out Alive, History Channel’s Haunted History, Great American Bake-off, and many other shows. He also composed music for BBC Earth programs as well as The Bachelorette – Australia, and X-Factor – Australia.

Roger Bresnahan, The Duke of Tralee, was just 16 when he began playing professional baseball, but his factory-working Irish immigrant father told him to quit playing a boy’s game and get a real job. Somehow he had to find a way to please his father while pursuing his dream of playing baseball.

Faranabrack LLC is a Utah film production company with a website at www.Faranabrack.com, and The Duke of Tralee can be found at www.TheDukeOfTralee.com. It is expected that filming will take place in Utah, Ohio, and Ireland in the summer of 2017, according to Bresnahan.
