IRVINE, CA – November 4, 2026 — Primior Holdings Inc. (OTC: PTKN) is making its Qualified Opportunity Zone calculator available to investors who want a clearer way to examine how federal Opportunity Zone treatment may affect an illustrative investment scenario.
The Primior QOZ Calculator begins with the amount of eligible capital gain an investor is considering reinvesting. That gain may come from the sale of stocks, real estate, cryptocurrency, a privately held business or another qualifying asset.
The calculator presents side-by-side projections showing the same assumed investment performance with and without federal Opportunity Zone treatment. This isolates the estimated effect of investing the full gain instead of paying the modeled federal capital-gains tax before investing the remaining amount.
Primior’s calculator currently models 3.5-year, five-year and 10-year scenarios using illustrative First Harbor Square projections and an assumed 23.8% federal capital-gains tax rate. The results are mathematical illustrations based on those assumptions. They are not forecasts, guaranteed returns or determinations that any investor or transaction qualifies for a particular tax result.
The tool also does not calculate California conformity. California generally does not follow the federal deferral and exclusion available through Qualified Opportunity Funds. A California taxpayer may therefore owe state tax even when a federal gain is deferred. Primior recommends modeling state and federal obligations separately.
Investors should use the calculator as a starting point for questions: Is the gain eligible? When does the 180-day period begin? How much liquidity will remain after state and federal taxes? Can the investor tolerate a long holding period? Does the underlying real estate work without the tax incentive?

The calculator can be rerun with different gain amounts, but changing the input does not change the underlying assumptions. Investors should understand those assumptions before relying on the displayed comparison.
