Snyder joins the firm as a senior executive in its Austin office continuing the firm’s focus on representing emerging and existing companies locally and across the nation. She came to Penman PR from a for-profit residential treatment facility where she managed a specialized 22-bed children’s neurobehavioral unit. While there Snyder improved patient and parent satisfaction, reduced the need for physical interventions by 85% and secured additional funding. She is also noted for assisting with the development a $25+ million dollar pilot program involving emergency personnel and counselor co-response crisis teams.

She has worked extensively with for-profit hospitals and multiple non-profit organizations, and has provided direct consumer services in a variety of settings, including counseling children and survivors of trauma. Snyder’s career experiences not only speak to her compassion, but also lend to her resolve to be successful in the most difficult of situations and demonstrate her ability to develop rapport with both individuals, companies and media partners.
