Pendragon Pictures Mourns the Loss of Producing Partner Dominick Martini

Los Angeles, CA – December 21, 2023 – Pendragon Pictures regretfully announces the sudden and untimely passing of Dominick Martini on December 7th, leaving behind a legacy of passion and creativity in the entertainment industry.

Dominick Martini, known as the founder of School of Old Media Entertainment and the esteemed Executive Producer of the award winning and critically acclaimed comedy feature film, “Tomorrow’s Today,” he was a visionary.  Working with Director Timothy Hines, Dominick Martini crafted a consistently funny movie that rides an edge between crime and comedy, “Tomorrow’s Today,” with Burt Young in his last movie role and an emotional award winning cameo by Kelly Le Brock, the comedy resonated deeply with film festivals and audiences around the globe as the movie spread to dozens of top world wide streaming platforms including Fandango VUDU, FOX’s TUBITV, NBC Universal’s XUMO, AMAZON FREEVEE, and in dozens of languages.

Kelly Le Brock, who was a friend and collaborator on “Tomorrow’s Today”, said of Dominick Martini’s passing, “He was a beautiful soul.”

Martini’s recent work as the executive producer of the films “Brawler,” featuring the talents of Zach McGowan, Amy Smart, and Joe Pantoliano, and “Rich Boy Rich Girl” starring C. Thomas Howell, further solidified Martini’s commitment to quality storytelling and cinematic excellence.

Martini’s journey into the world of film was a testament to his multifaceted nature. Prior to his career in motion picture production and acting, he held pivotal roles in corporate security and real estate development, showcasing his diverse skill set and unwavering dedication to his pursuits. His unwavering passion for both film and acting was matched only by his fervent support for the Dallas Cowboys, a team he ardently championed.

Dominick Martini dies on December 7th unexpectedly and suddenly. He is survived by his loving wife Christina and devoted daughters Sophia and Joceyln. Dominick was above all else, a family man.

Martini’s contributions to the entertainment industry extended far beyond his professional endeavors; Martini was a mentor, a visionary, a beloved colleague and most importantly a husband to Christina and a father to Jocelyn and Sophia. His impact on those who had the privilege to live and work alongside him remains immeasurable, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of all who knew him. Mr. Martini was scheduled to shoot scenes for the upcoming The Wilde Girls starring Lydia Pear Pentz, Cali Scolari and Teddy Smith, where he was to play a private detective.

Dominick Martini’s sudden departure leaves a void in our hearts and in the industry he so passionately served. Timothy Hines, Susan Goforth and Pendragon Pictures mourns the loss of a true luminary, and our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time.
