Recognizing the problem with outdated, biased, or hard to find answers online to life’s many questions, Boediono set out to create a new platform that makes finding answers more accessible than ever before.

An innovative new platform, NetHelp allows users from anywhere in the world to get access to experts in various industries, including law, health, education, automotive, home repair, technology, and finance, both live and on-demand. The process is simple. After recognizing a problem or question, users access the NetHelp platform, browse and read profiles of available experts in their question’s category, and then select who to talk with based on the expert’s background and professional experience.
