By 2011, NiciArt was only a budding idea in the minds of husband and wife duo Nici Laskin and RJ Laskin. It was in that year, they decided to take their love for art and creativity to the next level and put up an engraved guitar pick up for sale on Etsy. The product received great response from the users and from that moment onwards there was no stopping them. In 2012, the couple incorporated their first NiciArt website and created a full-scale workshop to create products that are aesthetically unique and carry an artistic instinct. They replaced their regular 9 to 5 jobs and continued to craft products and fulfilling orders. Over the time, they both moved into a new studio and home in 2016, where the guitar picks were established into a separate brand called Nici’s Picks and a collection of music and passion inspired jewelry and accessories were created without contaminants like lead, cadmium or nickel.

After taking Etsy by storm in 2012, Nici Picks have now become a phenomenon and made its way to corporate events, birthdays, weddings and even into the homes of a few Hollywood stars.
