Time To Fly Foundation (TTF) is pleased to announce, in recognition of National Domestic Violence Awareness month, its Fall fundraiser – Next Level Love, scheduled for Saturday, October 28, 2023, 10:00 am–1:00 pm, at The Tower Club, 8000 Towers Crescent Drive, Tyson’s Corner, Virginia.
The Brunch event features a delicious gourmet buffet at this superbly soaring location with sensational views of Virginia and the Washington, DC skyline. Meet like-minded men and women [ages 25 years+], community and church leaders passionate about seeing families recover from family abuse. Donations, pledges, or sponsorship opportunities are available.
TTF is a grassroots, faith-based 501c3 non-profit. Since 2001, the organization has helped countless abused women and children in the Washington Metropolitan Area regain their Godgiven worth, break the generational cycle of abuse, and strengthen their family units. Forbes.com reports that each year an estimated 8 million days of paid work is lost in the U.S. Additionally, domestic violence costs $8.3 in expenses annually, a combination of higher medical costs ($5.8 billion) and lost productivity ($2.5 billion). Domestic abuse is a serious issue affecting people from all walks of life. TTF, through its prevention and intervention training, is dedicated to helping victims recover from the long-term and generational effects of domestic violence and dating abuse. Due to donor support, the training is offered at a nominal charge to registrants and their children. Corporate matching gifts, private donors, small businesses, and grants support the work of TTF.
