Newly Renamed CDIA (Connected Digital Infrastructure Association) Announces Its Next Live Event
2026 Digital Infrastructure Summit
CDIA announced its 2026 Digital Infrastructure Summit on September 1 in Las Vegas, uniting real estate, DAS, and tech leaders to explore digital infrastructure as a strategic asset. The event expands focus beyond connectivity, emphasizing building performance, investment value, and innovation.

March 26, 2026 – Watchung, NJ – The Connected Digital Infrastructure Association (CDIA) today announced its Digital Infrastructure Summit, taking place September 1, 2026, at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. Centered on the Digital Infrastructure Economy, the event will bring together commercial real estate leaders, DAS operators, connectivity providers, and technology innovators to explore how Digital Infrastructure is reshaping building performance.

This will mark the fourth in-person summit hosted by the association, formerly known as TIWA. Previous events have earned strong praise from sponsors and attendees alike for combining high-value education, meaningful networking, and professional development in a collaborative, relaxed one-day format that brings together stakeholders from across the digital infrastructure ecosystem.

“I was extremely encouraged by the response to our most recent event in Ft. Lauderdale, which featured keynote presentations and panels with leaders from NVIDIA and Nantum AI,” said Rich Berliner, host of CDIA. “The feedback we received both in person and across LinkedIn confirmed that our philosophy of bringing together stakeholders from commercial real estate, IT, public safety, and digital infrastructure providers is a winning combination. That response inspired us to make the Las Vegas summit even bigger, more inclusive, and more aligned with our rebranding as CDIA.”

The Digital Infrastructure Summit in Las Vegas will continue to expand the organization’s focus beyond traditional connectivity topics to address the broader digital infrastructure economy.

Commercial and corporate real estate leaders are increasingly recognizing that digital infrastructure is no longer a single-purpose utility, it is a scalable, strategic asset that impacts every aspect of building performance. From reliable connectivity and tenant experience to operational efficiency and long-term data ownership, owners and developers are now evaluating digital infrastructure through a more holistic, portfolio-wide lens. The chair of our Real Estate Advisory Council, Darlene Pope will be a huge help in gaining the attention and the trust of the Real Estate Community with her reputation as a digital infrastructure expert.

As these technologies continue to evolve, forward-thinking real estate organizations are shifting from reactive upgrades to proactive strategy. Rather than treating connectivity, building systems, and tenant technology as separate initiatives, industry leaders are seeking a more integrated approach that aligns digital infrastructure with long-term investment value.

“Each time we host one of these events, we are fortunate to see a strong level of sponsor support, with many partners, returning event after event,” Berliner added. “We are also seeing growing interest from new companies that want to play a larger role in the space. The conversation is evolving beyond wireless and connectivity alone—real estate leaders are now looking at their digital infrastructure as a complete strategic investment; and we intend to help them.”

CDIA is helping drive this shift by bringing together leaders from real estate, technology, public safety, and connectivity to better understand how digital infrastructure supports tenant comfort, building intelligence, and future-ready assets.

The goal is no longer simply to add technology to a property, but to ensure the underlying digital foundation is strong, scalable, and strategically managed. Additional program details, speakers, and sponsorship opportunities for the 2026 Digital Infrastructure Summit will be announced in the coming weeks.
