December 13, 2017: Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. helped China Mobile Tianjin to implement the commercial deployment of the 4.5G/5G C-RAN mobile front haul bearer network. Huawei FO 810 has been implemented in the networks of various operators such as China Telecom Liaoning, China Mobile Qingdao, China Telecom Tianjin, China Telecom Guizhou, China Unicom Liaoning, and China Mobile Tianjin to meet their C-RAN fronthaul requirement and supporting full wireless network coverage.

February 15, 2016: Nokia Corporation announced the expansion of its mobile fronthaul solution with new WDM modules. This expansion is expected to provide benefits to network operators to accelerate the deployment of centralized RAN architecture, thus, serve the growing demand for video streaming and HD movie downloading.
