MIDWIVES RECREATE 1950’S ‘CALL THE MIDWIFE’ IN PHOTO SHOOT FOR CHARITY CALENDAR

LEICESTERSHIRE BASED MIDWIVES AND ADORABLE CHILDREN STAR IN A RECREATION OF THE 1950’S SERIES, ‘CALL THE MIDWIFE’ TO RAISE AWARENESS AND MONEY FOR THREE INCREDIBLE CHARITIES IN REMEMBRANCE OF MILLIE MARIA BREAR.

The historically themed charity calendar was created by Joanna Proud, a midwife from Miracle in Progress, Shepshed. The money raised will be donated to Sands (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society) charity, Remember My Baby Charity and Kicks Count Charity.

  • Midwives feature in 1950’s ‘Call the Midwife’ Calendar for Charity
  • In remembrance of beautiful Millie Mariah Brear, who sadly passed away in March 2017 to SIDS.
  • Raising money for Kicks Counts Charity, Sands Charity and Remember My baby Charity.

The calendar is also in remembrance of a beautiful baby model, Millie Mariah Brear, featured in the Charity Calendar who sadly passed away in March 2017 to SIDS.

“We feel very lucky that Millie had the opportunity to take part in the photo shoot, a precious memory that we will forever cherish,” Chloe, Millie’s mom, stated.

“We decided to go ahead and allow Millie’s pictures to be used for the calendar, as it is an amazing cause and we want to help raise awareness to other parents.”

Millie’s mom first saw the post for baby models advertised on Facebook. The models were to take part in the Charity calendar. “I took Millie along in the hope that she could help out with the cause.” “We had a lovely morning thanks to Miracle in Progress and Jules Photography.”

Sadly Millie suddenly passed away to SIDS on the 19th March 2017 at 6 weeks and 5 days old. The shock of Millie’s passing ripped apart her parent’s world, leaving their hearts empty forever.

“We hope her perfect little face makes people smile like it does us. And we will be forever grateful for the memories and cherished photos we now have our little girl.”
