According to the most recent issue of Mortgage Executive Magazine, 2015 was a “challenging” environment for mortgage loan professionals—yet many loan originators rose to that challenge and provided superior products and exemplary service to a wide variety of homebuyers. Mortgage Executive celebrates these individuals, listing the top 1 percent of loan originators from across the United States. Michael Dunsky, Branch Manager for Guaranteed Rate’s Franklin, Massachusetts division, is proud to have his name listed among these high achievers.

The Mortgage Executive list goes back to 1995, and is considered to be the preeminent list of America’s top mortgage professionals. As such, it is one of the highest honors in the mortgage loan profession.
In order to be eligible for this list, a loan originator has to be personally responsible for at least $30 million in loan originations for the calendar year 2015. This number cannot include the volume from associate or junior originators.
According to the magazine, the goal of this list is “to recognize and celebrate the service, dedication, and hard work that leading mortgage professionals put into serving their clients during the home loan process.”
