LumNKey is the newly launched innovative key case on the crowd funding platform Kicktsarter.com that uses the latest technology with an attempt to make something better and useful. The inspiration to develop this key is born out of frustration of not finding a key which is why this key is made with illumination feature.  This product is called as the smart key of the future because it solves an everyday problem and is available at an affordable price so that maximum people can own it.

The device can be activated by long-pressing the mode buttons placed on both sides of it. An unobtrusive locking device can be fitted to the door that provides illumination with its own L.E.D.  The key is also designed to illuminate automatically when the user nears the paired lock, which makes it easier for them to find the key, especially in dark.
