While the Atlas Lab offices have closed their doors to the public, all of their testing services are still available. For the safety of their staff, they ask clients to leave samples in a dropbox outside their offices, along with the appropriate Chain of Custody paperwork.
Health and safety have always been the top concerns of Atlas Labs. With these priorities in mind, they’ve altered their day-to-day operations as precautions for the COVID-19 pandemic. While they continue providing lab testing services in Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA, they’ve closed their offices to the public for the foreseeable future. Instead of scheduling pickup or visiting the office, Atlas Labs asks clients to utilize the dropboxes found outside their locations.
Step-by-step instructions can be found outside the dropbox, as well as Ziploc bags. All samples should also be accompanied by Chain of Custody paperwork. The appropriate form can be downloaded online. Directions for filling out the Chain of Custody paperwork are also provided outside the dropbox. Clients should contact Atlas Labs if they have further questions about the paperwork or drop-off procedure. The office staff will call to collect payment after the samples have been processed.
All of their usual services are available via the dropbox, including:
Air Quality Testing
With more than 50 years of experience, the Atlas Labs team prides itself on delivering accurate, timely results that protect the public’s health. They strive to continue providing the same level of service throughout the ongoing crisis while also keeping their staff and clients safe.
Call Atlas Labs at (503) 430-5290 (Portland) or (360) 852-8936 (Vancouver) for further information on their response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Details about their lab testing services are available on their site. They serve clients from throughout the Portland metro area and Southwest Washington.
