NHU has been long actively engaged in activities encouraging and stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of the majority of employees for independent innovation, and promoted the comprehensive, in-depth and continuous development of the company’s “QC group” activities and mass innovation activities. For this time, the company held the 2019 QC results evaluation and commendation meeting in Shandong site. More than 70 employees from factories of Shandong Pharmaceutical, vitamins, amino acids and refined chemical technology attended the conference. Representatives from headquarters and other manufacturing bases joined the video call.
At the press conference, the participating teams closely focused on the business guiding ideology of “strategic breakthrough, solidifying management, paying close attention to implementation, improving quality and efficiency”, and taking “innovation driven development” as the main line, respectively explained their own topics in detail, fully demonstrating the characteristics of “small, practical, flexible and new” of QC group activities. They take the improvement as the starting point, regard the unremitting innovation as the engine, treat the production bottleneck as the entry point of QC activities, make the weak links as the focus of improvement, focus on the difficult problems of improving quality and efficiency, and realize the common progress of individuals and enterprises.
Mr. Zheng Gentu, vice president, pointed out at the meeting that many excellent QC achievements have emerged in this activity. These works have made gratifying achievements in environmental protection, energy saving and consumption reduction, cost reduction and brand image building. Mr. Zheng required that QC group activities should closely focus on the company’s business guiding ideology, strengthen the process management of activities, and form an atmosphere of full staff innovation and all-round innovation. At the same time, activities should penetrate and extend from production to management and service, solve new problems raised in the process of production, management and service, and leave rich management experience and valuable spiritual wealth for the company. He also stressed that the company should attach importance to and strengthen QC training, strengthen the construction of QC backbone team, and actively apply the “easy to use and effective” quality tools and methods to QC activities. And the QC team should improve the activity ability and management level, and make contribution to building NHU high-quality, green, low-carbon, low-cost manufacturing core competence.

This QC meeting shows the fruitful results of QC group activities and the mental outlook of QC group participants in the past year, and achieves the purpose of communication, learning and common improvement. At the same time, as the deepening and supplement of rationalization suggestions, the activity of QC group has been increasing in recent years.
