Kay Rivers, Ph.D. is a New York Times Bestselling Author and survivor of physical abuse known for her gentle, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach to helping people with emotional and psychological challenges to heal. To this end, Kay is launching The Weight of Abuse: Releasing Fear and Feeling Safe in Your Body and the 30-Day Release Fear & Feel Safe in Your Body Challenge: 30-Day Step-by-Step method for physical abuse survivors to feel safe in their bodies.

Millions of people worldwide have suffered from abuse – physical, emotional, and psychological.
