Poland – 23rd September, 2021 – Karolina has traveled all across the world, and experienced many cultures and cuisines, as much as trying diverse cuisines excited her, it made her miss her native food more and more. She longed for the warm and comforting pierogi, nutritious and luscious Gołąbki, flavorsome Bigos, and many other delicious dishes from her home country. After some of her travel escapades, she started missing the taste of home and realized how to her, Polish food will always be the best in the world.
She started the Polish Foodies website to share with the world the genuine recipes that have been passed on in her family from generations for the whole world to witness how hearty and comforting Polish food is. Polish Foodies is a labor of love that has been created after thorough research and compilation of traditional recipes that Karolina’s grandmother, mother, mother-in-law, and other experienced women in her family have shared with her.
“I am very excited to share the culinary treasure of Poland with the world. I believe food is much more than just taste, it is a reflection of the native place, its values, culture, and people. She is very active on her platforms and always there to guide people taking interest in Polish cuisine.
Karolina is very excited to try new methods of sharing Polish cuisine with people. She has been working on a few videos to practically show her followers how she creates the dishes. Polish bread is something that she likes the most and she feels that the food is incomplete without this fresh, soft, and sweet-smelling staple. She is planning to make a video tutorial from the original customary recipe.
It is refreshing to see Karolina sharing a piece of Poland with everyone across the world who might never visit Poland but get a feeling of the country through the exquisite taste of her recipes.
