During the annual address, company management shared key performance highlights from 2025. JBRplas achieved a 75% year-on-year sales growth, significantly outperforming industry averages. Growth was driven by the company’s integrated capabilities, including mold design and manufacturing, injection molding, surface finishing, and assembly.
While the mold workshop recorded the highest growth rate, management emphasized the critical role it plays in supporting the injection molding department and enabling stable, scalable production for global customers.
“Without the efforts of the mold team, there would be no success in injection molding,” the company noted during the presentation.
Improved Productivity and Clear Targets for 2026
JBRplas also reported that output per employee exceeded the industry benchmark in 2025, marking a substantial improvement over 2024. This milestone reflects ongoing investments in equipment, process optimization, and workforce training.
Looking ahead, the company has set a clear objective for 2026: to reach RMB 90 million in annual sales.
This target is based on detailed analysis from weekly production and sales meetings. With approximately half of the injection molding capacity still available for expansion, JBRplas plans to unlock further growth through better capacity utilization and more stable monthly production planning.
