Feb 19, 2019 – Franklin, Ohio – J.D. Legends Entertainment Complex – where fun and food comes together under one roof – has announced that country star Jamey Johnson will be playing at the entertainment complex for the eighth year in a row. Johnson’s two 2019 concerts will be held on Aug. 17 and 18. VIP tickets went on sale on Feb 18 and general admission will be available starting Feb. 20. VIP tickets include a seat in a covered pavilion, buffet dinner, private entrance, VIP parking, private bar, private restroom, and your own server plus bottle service. General admission tickets for both shows are $34.50.
Johnson released The Dollar CD on BNA Records in 2005. He also released three studio albums on Mercury Nashville: That Lonesome Song, The Guitar Song, and Living for a Song: A Tribute to Hank Cochran. Johnson’s biggest hits include The Dollar, In Color, and The High Cost of Living. In 2008, Johnson won the Song of the Year award from both the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association. He has also been nominated for 11 Grammy awards.
In addition to his success as an artist, Johnson has also had success as a songwriter. He won the Song of the Year award from the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association in 2005 for Give It Away, which was recorded by George Strait. Three of Trace Adkins’ hits were co-written by Johnson: Honky Tonk Badonkadonk, Ladies Love Country Boys, and I’ve Got My Game On. Other artists who have recorded songs co-written by Johnson include Joe Nichols, Dierks Bentley and Willie Nelson.

About the Company
In 1997, brothers Eli and Wasfi Samaan agreed to keep open a failed bowling center at the request of a local bank. After a few months, they decided to remodel the bowling alley, which has now become of the best entertainment complexes in Ohio.
Post remodeling, the complex now includes a dining restaurant, sports bar, and a family entertainment center. The facility is located at 65 Millard Drive in Franklin, Ohio, one mile west of I-75, exit 38.
The entertainment complex offers glow-in-the-dark bowling with music and video projectors. Furthermore, there is a redemption arcade, a full-service restaurant and bar with many TVs. J.D. Legends also has trivia, karaoke, live entertainment, and a patio/deck.
J.D. Legends and Strike Zone Lanes have received recognition in the bowling industry, especially for best practices for food and beverage in a bowling center in 2001 for the Kentucky location and in 2004 for the Ohio location.
J.D. Legends hosts a weekly audition event called Get The Gig. Solo artists and duos can sign up for an audition and get $50 for performing. Three artists will perform each week with the winner getting a show at J.D. Legends.
