At school, each day was a struggle for Ted Lazaris. At many occasions, dyslexia impacted the author’s emotions, and seemed to hinder his intellectual abilities. Especially during reading, or writing activities, nervousness, and the lack of being able to come up with words that were “right in front of him” severely took a toll on his confidence levels.

Regardless, Ted Lazaris, continued to overcome his learning disability by taking one step at a time. Instead of trying to focus on the big picture, he’d take baby steps, set small and achievable goals to help complete the task. Eventually, through unprecedented willingness and a sense of desperation, Ted’s creativity took an upward spike.

Even though to this date, spelling, reading and words seem to pose a hindrance, the famous author’s ability to learn and attention to detail enables him to overcome such weaknesses rather quickly. The DragonMan book was a result of Ted Lazaris’s ambitious approach to share his huge success with the loyal readership community, especially with youngsters who have been diagnosed with Dyslexia or other mental disabilities at an early stage.

The instant hit at Amazon Kindle store is currently being optioned as an upcoming title to be developed and produced by Hollywood’s Thunderball Films studio. Currently, Thunderball Films’ CEO Mario Domina in association with Ted Lazaris’s DragonMan screenplays are engaged in developing the series into a soon-to-be-released movie adaptation.

The 21st century super hero saga will highlight the story of a young man through a perilous action adventure story. An excerpt from the foreword section of The DragonMan books summarizes the story as: “The amazing story of DragonMan was born at the dawn of the 21st Century, when the world, about to change forever, watched in disbelief as four passenger airliners crashed, not only into buildings and a field in Shanksville Pennsylvania, but into the American certainty that the horrors of the outside world could not touch them at home.”
