INDCORE leadership has announced progress as the New Year begins. Company to settle in Puerto Rico.

San Juan, Puerto Rico – January 2, 2019 – INDCORE announced an update on the progress of its ongoing initiatives, which include site selection, launching strategy and pipeline.

Highlights of the update on strategic initiatives include:

  • Announcement of INDCORE’s job-creation strategy, a platform designed to drive growth and expanding its presence in the global marketplace while impacting the economy.
  • Defining the supply chain, portfolio, and potential manufacturing sites.

“We’ve made tremendous progress. Our 2018 key goals have been adequately driven, so transitioning into the year 2019 will see us meeting the demands of the manufacturing phase,” said Ruth Thorne, INDCORE’s Chief Executive Officer. The company expects to launch its first product offering by Q4 2019.

“As we enter 2019, we have now defined our most important pre-launching activity. This is the evolution of our strategic platform and we are intent on working on product innovation to drive Puerto Rico into operational excellence. To help achieve this, our Chief Operating Officer, John Taboas, has become a key team member, bringing advanced concepts of development into our collaborative environment.”

INDCORE remains on track to deliver a solid opportunity for Puerto Rico. Diligence and innovation are a theme in its organizational culture. While proactively addressing market behaviors, and increasing Puerto Rico’s relevance in commerce to help change the perception of territorial unprofitability, their key officers are taking routes to improve the Island’s economy.

As explained by John Taboas, COO, the initial product portfolio has been completed. “Being able to focus on the biggest opportunities while strategizing alternatives to remove challenges brought us some excellent and enduring support from our corporate partners.” According to Taboas, “INDCORE’s structure allows for added capabilities. Strong partnerships have been key while a targeted portfolio is as important as all steps combined down this path. We welcome the year 2019 as a year that will see us placing strong focus on meeting and solving manufacturing challenges (in Puerto Rico) as well as INDCORE’s geographic expansion”.

The company, based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, has begun its evaluation phase for their initial potential local manufacturing sites. The company foresees a significant quota of active permanent workers. Taboas explains that “INDCORE has established a strategic development of partnerships and this has brought us a lot of attention from overseas companies. Establishing this business partnerships has led to the creation of supporting internal structures. Our objective is to expand so that Puerto Rico becomes our logistics center. This important step not only helps INDCORE’s market access, but contributes growth to the local economy.”

The company is currently in discussions about establishing their initial strategic facilities at different geographic points. These regions will be impacted in terms of jobs, socio-economic effects and business development. INDCORE expects rapid growth, therefore the regions will be spread out. INDCORE’s CEO projects this growth and expansion to require space for further development, therefore the selected sites need to meet crucial criteria of terms and timing.
