Hytrol\’s Poston and Sartin Chosen for Supply & Demand Chain Executive Pros to Know Award

Hytrol is proud to announce that Supply & Demand Chain Executive has selected Hytrol employees Phillip Poston and Tony Sartin to be featured in its Pros to Know Awards issue. These awards are granted to those in the supply chain who lead initiatives to prepare their businesses to meet the challenges of the year ahead. Over 350 entries were received for the award.

“I am honored to be selected as one of the Pros to Know for 2016,” said Poston. “Working within the material handling industry, you get to see how many professionals there are that could be selected for this award. It is exciting to be recognized alongside Tony. I believe this speaks highly of what we have been able to accomplish for Hytrol within the industry, and while we don’t expect awards for our efforts, it is nice to see them recognized as excellent.”

Sartin serves as Hytrol’s Manager of Customer Care. During his time in his position, he has implemented a customer support administrative ticketing and live chat system, call center software, and representative training. Sartin has focused on building and growing Hytrol’s relationship with its integration partners and creating a cross-functional and efficient Customer Care team.

“Hytrol is an exceptional company, and I believe the foundation of our success is a result of a common goal: to make a difference in others’ lives,” said Sartin. “I feel honored to have received this recognition, and I feel very fortunate to work at Hytrol, where we get to create innovative solutions for every kind of problem, from those in the supply chain to those in the chain of communication.”

“Supply & Demand Chain Executive congratulates the 2016 Supply & Demand Chain Executive Pros to Know recipients. The Pros to Know is a listing of exceptional corporate executives at manufacturing and non-manufacturing enterprises who are leading initiatives to help prepare their companies’ supply chains for the significant challenges in the year ahead,” says Ronnie Garrett, editor of Supply & Demand Chain Executive. “We commend recipients for their achievements. Their accomplishments offer a roadmap for other leaders looking to leverage the supply chain for competitive advantage. Their efforts in developing the tools, processes and a knowledge base for supply chain transformation, as well as in promoting new approaches to supply chain enablement, earned these individuals a rightful place in this year’s Pros to Know listing.”

Hytrol will be exhibiting at the 2016 MODEX show April 4-7, 2016 at the Georgia World Congress Center. Hytrol will be located at booth #2427. View the one-minute MODEX 2016 video about Hytrol at www.modexshow.com/attendees/youroneminute.aspx
